Can i get advice on mareks

Is there a good product that I can use to disinfect my hands and even feet when I take care of one chick I have who is showing symptoms of mareks?

Many use Virkon-S tablets dissolved in water and used with a spray bottle to disinfect areas in coops and barns. It kills Mareks virus and many other organisms, and is found in small quantities on Amazon. Since Mareks is spread through feather dander and dust, it is usually found for months to years in the environment.
