Just wondering if anyone can help to sex this 8 week old barnevelder please? We thought this one was a boy, but hoping it's a girl because it's the only barnevelder we hatched. Today I found these little circles on the inside of the legs, which I'm wondering if they are the beginnings of spurs? He/she has been slow to feather, even now there's only a few little tail feathers. What do you guys think?

and btw i'm pretty sure the circles are just scales

All chickens, regardless of gender have spur buds. The comb and pointed neck and saddle feathers and probably already crowing (if it is a cockerel) before the spurs will develop a point. The amount of comb development and the comb being pale. Along with the feather pattern. I think you have a pullet. It is better to take pictures of them just standing. Which most can attest, is very difficult at times. So we can get an over all better look at them. I hope you enjoy your Barnevelder. They are great chickens.
