Can I integrate my chicks with my hens while free ranging?

Hey Everyone.
I was wondering if I could integrate my 2.5 month old chicks with my hens while free ranging? They would not have anywhere to hide but I will be outside to supervise. The reason I don't want to do it in the run is because I cant walk into my run since it is close the the ground.

There is one hen in particular I’m a little worried about she is the bottom of the pecking order but seems the most aggressive.

This how I always integrate! they stay in different coops though. Mine usually just stay in there "groups" little chickens and big chickens. It's a slow but more peaceful.

I have noticed this trend too. The weakest one seems to be the meanest.

As long as you are around to keep an eye one them, it sounds excellent to me.
