Can I keep 'em?

Hi all. I'm new here and new to raising chickens.
I recently became mama to 2 little chicks and I am not allowed to keep them if they are roos. It's a city limit thing

I was hoping you wonderful people can help me determine the sex of my little ones. They are about 3 weeks old and are buff brahmas (or so I was told).

I'm hoping the attached pictures aren't too large. This is just one of the chicks. They look about the same but the other isn't nearly as still for the camera.

looks like a rooster, BUT it is so young its hard to tell. Post back in a few weeks.

Those are probably light brahmas, just saying. Looks still like a girl at this point.

Light brahma looks right. I was just thinking rooster because in the second to last photo you can see his comb.

Keeping fingers crossed for hens. I won't let the kids name them until I know for sure. I always feel like once an animal is named it is a part of the family.
