can I lockdown a day early

I am going out of town the day before lockdown and i am afraid to let my brother who will be pet sitting handle the eggs . He has no clue what to do so i thought maybee it will be fine i could lockdown before i left so i dont have to worry any advice.

I would add my water to get the humidity up there just before I left and lock it down. I am no pro, but 1 day....

Yup, go for it. One day will make almost no difference. I'd do it myself and not worry in the slightest. Good luck!

going into lockdown a day early is better than going in late... right now I have muscovy eggs in lockdown a few days early.. mainly because I think they aren't going to last the entire 35 days (gut instinct at work again)
so sure.. go ahead and put them in lockdown a day early!
