I just hatched 3 poults 12 days ago and just got more hatching eggs that I put in the incubator today so when they hatch the older poults will be roughly 6 weeks old. My question is will I have to keep them separate or can I put the newly hatched ones with the 6 week old ones, or is it a good idea to brood the newly hatched ones in a separate brooder?

Definently keep them separate! As a general rule it is a Bad Idea to mix chicks beyond 2 weeks of each others age due to the potential bullying issues. I have seen some setups where they are successfully mixed but there were specific areas the older chicks just couldn't fit into. So a 'safe zone' for the babies.

I agree! Keep them separate... I have been able to put together poulters hatched a week appart, but 6 weeks is too much
