CAN I MOVE BROODY HEN?

Can I move a broody hen as she has made her nest in a place not very practical . I don't want her to go off her eggs though

Sometimes they will leave the eggs and sometimes not-you have to risk it if you want to move her. I moved a broody once and she walked off, another time she didn't. Good luck!

I moved mine every day for a week before she decided she would stay where I wanted her to, but chickens unfortunately are like people, they do things just as they want to. Good Luck If she hatches, it wil be the24, so taking it day by day. marrie
