can i raise meet birds in a chicken tractor (england)?

I'm thinking to raise 15 meat birds at a time for the family, using a chicken tractor.I live in England will be wanting to raise them in a chicken tractor.is this possible? Do they need more warmth? thanks

I do but not over winter. I raise 40 in a 8x8 pen . Move 2 time a day .

I started in March but just depends on weather .you probably want temps in the 60 before they go outside .
