It contains: 0.64mg of betamethasone dipropionate; 10mg crotrimazole; 1mg of gentamicin (in form of gentamicin sulfate); liquid paraffin; petrollum jelly .Would it be safe to use it? It's an antifungal cream

that's a cream for external use, no?

sour crop is not a skin problem, it is internal.

I would try feeding a live yoghurt and scrambled egg mash for a few days, probably after 24 hours of no food at all.

I see you have another thread and @Wyorp Rock has recommended a cream. Up to you to decide.

Personally, I wouldn't use an external cream internally, and you seem to be doing the yoghurt egg thing already. I'd give it a bit of time to work.

Yeah, i am but her crop still doesn't empty. It is for external use but other creames probably are too (?).

have you tried a drop of tea tree oil in some water? It is a good natural antifungal. I've never tried it with chickens but use it for my family.

so she still has a watery crop full of fermentation?
yesterda yevening she got some egg with yogurt (after 24 hours without food). Today her crop was still watery and big so i vomited her and we'll see. Guess if it doesn't empty in a few days i'll give this cream a try.

careful about vomiting her. I'm not a fan of that. You can dehydrate her that way.

Focus on not feeding the yeast. So nothing with sugar or carbs or acid in it for a few days. That rules out normal chicken feed, bread, rice, pasta, corn, potatoes, ACV etc. Egg (protein for energy) and live yoghurt is perfect. Though yoghurt is acidic it has good bacteria in which will really help. If that isn't enough, you can try crushing some probiotic tablets and giving to her.

I'm all for giving drugs when that is a quick fix and necessary, don't get me wrong, but lots of natural remedies work well in certain situations.

She has a yeast infection. That occurs when her body chemistry is out of balance. Work on putting that balance back right and the yeast will die. If you kill the yeast with chemicals, then it will return because you haven't addressed the perfect storm scenario where it came to thrive in the first place, if that makes sense. I mean, you can also do both: kill the yeast and make sure it doesn't have the right conditions to return.
