can my chicks sleep in the coop with the chickens

hi i have three nine week old chicks and today they were outside almost all day with the flock and they are doing really good but that was free ranging will they be ok in the coop tonight with the big chickens while they sleep if i get up before daylight and open the coop door right when the big chickens wake up i belt the little ones a very small roost and i cut a hole in a tote and put shavings in it so they cold sleep and at night it will be in the 50s or 60 but they will not be getting hit by the wind will they be ok

they are fully feathered they should be fine

They will hang outside, just like teen agers, while the older girls go to bed...waiting to the last possible moment, then go in and roost up. If they are not being attacked outside, and you truly have enough space in the coop, I would not expect any problems.
