Can my girl’s refrigerated eggs be taken out again?

Our Hens lay their eggs and once collected (out of habit) we put them in the refrigerator. My kids are going to sell them to a few of our neighbors and I wanted to know if we can safely take them out again, keep the eggs at room temperature or leave them on the porch for a few hours of neighbors who buys them.
So, once they are refrigerated, can they safely be taken out for long periods of time?

I wouldn't, the moisture will condense on the outside of the egg if they've been refrigerated and then taken out. Eggs are fine stored at room temp for a few weeks, so I'd just not put them in the fridge.
