Can my silkies go outside yet?

I have 8 silkie chicks that are now 5 weeks old. My hubby wants them out of the house and into their own coop. My question is are they old enough to not be under the heat light? Or should I put one out at night? I live in Ohio and it is still getting chilly at night (in the 40's).
