Can ostriches hatch emu eggs?

Ratites are so fun. My poor emu girl died of this cancer type condition she had since birth, although she successfully hatched a clitch of healthy chicks last year. She was a little over 4 years when she died with the lone egg in her nest. I've been working hard with this egg, hope it should hatch soon if the embryo is still alive.
