can roos live alone?

i have 2 roosters and not enough hens. if i put the roosters in a separate pen together, will they fight? does the hen factor keep them from fighting or make them want to fight?

Here are my roosters in the bachelor coop. They were raised together and didn't fight when with the hens, but they made them bald. They don't fight in their own coop; they just posture occasionally. Generally, I think they are less likely to fight without hens, but any transition can disturb the hierarchy. Hopefully yours will be fine in their own coop.
