Can sex be determined?

Peachy is getting very white in the chest while Rosie is not. I didn't get a pic of Rosie. Peachy was cheesing so I took a pic. 😁 Is it strange Rosie has never grown her head feathers back after she lost them a couple months ago? No clue why they fell off. Just the long sticking up ones, not the short ones.

Because Peachy keeps eating them.

Really? Is that a thing that happens? They live with some chickens and a young turkey.
It could be any of the birds that live with her. When we see birds with no crests we look for the one that has a crest as the culprit. Yes, it is a 'thing' and quite common.
