Can some body give me some ideas to make a new quail?

I'm looking foword to make a Golden Tuxedo Quail, I don't know where to start. Please help!!!!! if you can help in any way, thanks.

Not sure.. maybe a Golden with an A&M? Monarch might have some ideas.. she's working on the genetics..

Cross a purebreed golden with a tuxedo.
The F1 should be pied, if not plan B.
plan A:
Backcross the F1 to a purebreed golden.
Then you should have your golden pieds.

plan B:
Cross F1 to F1.
