Can some one help with figuring out possibility ages

I have some hens that I rescued and want to see if any one can help determine aproxament age on theas girls.

Blue Wyandotte

Blue Americana

Blue orphington and buff cochin/gold comet cross

Black Wyandotte

I would guess them around 20 weeks maybe. Looks like a few could be laying?

Non of them are laying yet. I have had them now for a month.
