Can somebody help me with my avatar please???

Sorry,
I didn't know where to post this.
I followed the link to resize my photo and have resized it several times. It is stating that it is 50 x 75 pixels and 1975 bytes and it still will not allow me to upload it.
I am feeling very frustrated!
Can somebody help?

I had the same problem the other day. Did you download it first . Like to 'My Pictures" or some sort of file ? It will only accept certian kinds of files. jpeg, bif,...... then go to browse and dig it out.......
If this does not work someone else can help you I'm sure.

Can you guys post links to the pictures here? Sometimes just being able to see the picture/look at the filename and size will help us troubleshoot.

Here is my photobucket link. Is that what you mean??? I think the bytes are too big on this one, although it is only 75 x 100 pixels. If you mean a link to the resized one, I am not sure how to do that?

I would really be grateful for any help. I have been avatar-less for quite some time now due to my idiocy in figuring this out!

Your filesize was a touch too big. I fixed it with a program called Gimp, and reduced the picture quality to 98% of the original, which reduced the filesize to the required amount (15 kb or less).
