Can someone diagnose from this poop?

Flock of 21, 20 hens ranging from 9 months old to almost 4 years old, and one rooster. I have a couple hens who are somewhat lethargic and just discovered this poop in my garage when I accidentally left the door open and some chickens got in while I was out feeding them.
They've not been out on grass or had any greens in a few days (ohio, winter).
Poop looks a little green and smells bad. I've been checking the coop for poop clues for about a week, but haven't seen any thing that looks like this.
They've been treated with elector psp about 2 weeks ago as I had a few with feather loss not related to molting, as well as a complete coop cleanout and sprayed with permethrin in coop only, usually use deep litter method, but it's not that deep now as I have cleaned it out again last week and sprayed coop with elector psp. I suspected depluming mites.
They eat an organic all flock feed and some scratch, the occasional scrambled egg (because a few of them were molting), a cabbage occasionally, bsf, and have free access to grit and oyster shell.
The coop is 8x10, the run is 20 x 30, and they free range in my backyard and side yard, and have access to my greenhouse where they dust bathe (winter only).
They currently have water with added flock fixer (prebiotic, probiotics, electrolytes, and vitamins), with an added dropperful of human b complex vitamins, and NutriDrench, I've added nutritional yeast flakes to their feed (currently fermenting feed, but it's not ready), I have given them some greek yogurt a few days ago. I've not been able to see any mites or lice, but I've added some powdered sulfur to the greenhouse dirt, along with the diatomaceous earth that's always in there. I've been reading through the byc posts for hours every day to see if i can find anything, but am at a loss. This poop pic might be my first clue.
Oh, and I had a leghorn (an original flock member. So almost 4 years old) pass away 2 weeks ago. She wasnt eating or drinking anything except scrambled eggs, corn and water from and eyedropper. She laid in my basement for about 5 days, wouldn't move unless she pooped, and then only a few inches to get away from the poop. She couldn't walk, toes were curled and she was off balance. I suspected Marek's, and had read that Chinese Skullcap might help, so I increased scrambled eggs with that herb added, to the whole flock, feed them that for about a week. But didn't feed any to her as i found that info after she passed. She had ascites and was one of the ones that had severe feather loss, so I don't know if mites killed her, the water belly, Marek's, I just don't know.
No vet around here sees chickens.
Help, I'm at loss.

Photos of the hens?

They are lethargic?

I'd cut out all the supplements, etc. etc. and offer plain fresh clean water daily.

Provide a nutritionally balanced poultry feed and limit treats to twice a week.

You're using a lot of different parasite treatments close together. I'd consider using only one.

Did you see mites on your birds or??

No I haven't been able to see any mites, but I suspect depluming mites, which i understand are microscopic and unable to be seen anyway. They are fed an organic, all flock feed, with oyster shell available at all times. I have cut out the scratch which contained what seemed to be half cracked corn (but it was in the negative temps here, so I thought it would help to keep them warm), but have been reading it doesn't contain enough nutrients, which is why I was adding in all the vitamins, probiotics, etc, and only for the last few days. Also of note, they were eating horse pellet bedding. I've been using pine shavings for years, but a few weeks ago, every store around me was out, and since I had done a complete coop cleanout, I had to buy SOMETHING, and that was the only thing available. I thought all was well, until I witnessed some of them eating the pellets. I suspect because it looks so much like their food, they ate it. which is around the same time a few of them became lethargic, some are now losing weight, won't eat much, and stay in the coop even in the daytime. And by lethargic, I mean they are staying on the roost, in the coop, even though it was in the high 50's/ low 60's for a few days.
I'll stop the treats (scrambled eggs, bsf, and cabbage (the cabbage was more a boredom buster as it was negative temps here and none of them were leaving the coop).
I'll get pics of the sickly girls tomorrow as they are currently sleeping.
Also, I only sprayed the coop with permethrin, not the chickens. The coop was also sprayed with elector psp. The birds were only treated with elector psp one time, and nothing else.
Thank you for your reply and willingness to help.

It wouldn't let me upload a picture from my gallery, only by taking a photo. Anyway, she laid a 2 inch lash egg today and is acting normal again. Whether she ever lays a normal egg again is yet to be seen.

Oh she did didn't she!

Do you have any antibiotics on hand? Amoxicillin is a good choice.

Possible she may lay normal eggs, sometimes with Salpingitis they can.

Here's more information about Salpingitis that you might find helpful.

Following because I just discovered a couple poops in my coop that look just like that. My guess is reproduction issues (but I really hope not!! :(). @Wyorp Rock, anything else that causes milky diarrhea?
Milky poop can be due to a lot of things.
Dehydration, infection, worms, etc.
Often we also have to see if other symptoms, like lethargy, going off feed, swelling or bloat in the abdomen, etc.

For me, if a hen is still active, eating/drinking and interacting, I make a mental note to monitor them fairly heavily and see if poop stays the same or if it's only for a day or so.

I have some augmentin, I'm researching dosage for her. Fingers crossed and a few prayers, because she lays the prettiest blue eggs, and I just want to help her live her best life. This would have been difficult to diagnose just from a picture of her and of her poop, because any time they're not feeling well, they can stop laying eggs.
Thank you so much for the links and your assistance !🐔❤️

I think Augmentin is the same dose as Amoxicillin.
