Can someone give me advice???

My hen developed a weird lump on the side of her neck after being chased by my cousin's as a chick. She is now 8 months old and still has the weird lump. She has also developed a habit of looking down at the ground and twisting her head side ways and it makes her look as if she has broken her neck. I don't know if it is comfortable for her or what but does anyone have some suggestions on either how I can fix it or how I can stop her from putting her head in this awkward position???

Thank you soon much. After reading that website it is definitely what she has. And the other chickens do tend to pick on her a bit but after reading that I am going to separate her and give her some Anitone (vitimans).
