Can someone please tell me if this is a roo?

Hi everyone, this is my 18 week chicken in question. Can someone please tell me if I've got a roo. Also I'm fairly certain the breed is Rhode island red but if someone can confirm that I'd appreciate it . Thanks!

add a pic of one you know is a hen then I can tell you the wattle and comb say roo but the tail says hen I say roo

For the breed she's not a RIR but some production breed. She'll be laying eggs very soon!

This is my other of the same breed I'm not sure which one of these (hopefully both) is a hen but one of them is laying ...my other 2 are golden comets who have been actively laying for 2 weeks and this egg does not belong to them. Thanks
