can someone tell me if these eggs are spoiled

We had one of our ducks lay eggs in our pot. It has been almost 40 days and they haven’t hatched on top of that the eggs have a dark inside we don’t think they’re alive but we don’t want to touch them does anyone have an idea on how to know if there fertile ? I’ve read some stuff online but it’s not helping thanks !

If they are 40 days old, they are dead. Get rid of them before they explodes

They are long dead if they were ever fertile and should be thrown out.

Yeah generally Muscovy eggs hatch in 35 days throw em out.
