Can someone tell me if this is a tapeworm please?

I have a large chicken with a partially blocked crop (water able to go through, am currently doing massages and feeding oil/occasional acv diluted in water and it will drain apart from a squishy lump at the bottom, I am going to get some probiotic yoghurt later in case it's sour crop)
When I first realised she had a blocked crop yesterday she'd been drinking loads of water and was standing there looking sorry for herself so I felt her crop and picked her up to take her for a massage, lots of water came out of her mouth and she definitely aspirated a bit as she was coughing/sneezing for a few minutes. Luckily she cleared that up, but in the process managed to spit this out. I thought it was a roundworm but it's more of a hollow tube, so I thought it might be the head end of a tapeworm. It would be a bit odd for it to be a tapeworm as I thought they lived in their intestines, but if it is I know I can't treat it with flubenvet so any advice would be welcome. I'm in the UK so expect I'll need to go to a vet anyway to get medication, as it's quite hard to get hold of anything here but would be easier to know in advance as my vet hasn't been the best with chicken issues in the past despite being the only farm vet near here.
Thanks in advance, would also welcome any advice on crop issues as I've successfully dealt with it before but haven't had a partial blockage before.

That is a hard one. I am not seeing the segments that we see in a tapeworm. It is possible that it could be a long segment of intestinal mucus, but I am not sure. Roundworms are typically round and sharp. I will try to show some pics of tapeworms:

Here is a video of the segments normally seen in the droppings:

Thanks, I've done some googling and it does look an awful lot like intestinal lining, although a lot lighter in colour. I've been watching her poop and there don't seem to be any eggs, but it's mostly water at the moment. Once I get her crop sorted out I'll keep an eye out.
