Mixed breed. Might have some splash laced wyandotte, really can't say from the pic.

I'm no expert, but I have learned that in EE's a light body with the presence of red shoulders almost always means roo. So... any possibility he's an Easter Egger? Then again, no pea comb would push him toward 'barnyard mix' maybe?
