can they live in cold climates

i think it would be so cool to have one, but i live in Canada up in the north. i have 5 dual chickens 1 silkie hen and a silver Japaneses phoenix
and i would only get one

Blue blooded peafowl are pretty cold hardy the greens are not unless they have blue blood in them and how much of that would be enough i would have no clue

You would really need at least 2 as they prefer their own kind when grown and it is not fair IMO
