Can this thermometer wistand the heat of an incubator

An incubator ( and body temp) are around 99-100 degrees, and room temp is around 70 degrees, so if it's meant for people or room temp, I think you're all set. Good luck!

Usually with a thermometer, you want one that senses air temp. A people thermometer wont work.

Im just using it fir the hygrometer. The thermometer can measure up to 120 f

Looks like it should work. It says it can read humidity levels from 16%-99%.
