Can turkeys get Mareks?

I have 2 turkeys right now and would love to add some more to my flock, and my hen is broody. But last year I lost a chicken to mareks disease, and I don’t want to hatch baby turkeys if they’re going to get sick.
Can turkey’s get mareks? Is there any way to prevent it?

No, they cannot. I raised turkey poults in the same shed I had Markes cases in and it was fine!

Yes turkeys can get Marek's. The form they get is what the Marek's chicken vaccine is made from.

I have researched extensively and I don't think turkeys can get it, at least not have symptoms.
