hey, can u give egg 2 silkie chicks and how do u do it ?

You can mash or finely chop a hard boiled egg for them. I give my chicks a mixture of mashed hard boiled egg, very finely chopped carrot, and a handful of their chick feed all stirred together. It helps with preventing pasty butt. Sometimes I mix a little yogurt in as well. This is a treat only! They need to have their chick crumbles available all the time. Mine always know the container of this mixture and I can hardly spoon it onto the plate, they are already trying to get it off the spoon.
