Can you Advise me on coop placement?

Roosts are gonna be set at 4 feet high. This looks crowded, but coop is 8ft wide.

I commend your laying this out on graph paper.
Maybe you plan, but have not drawn, large roof overhangs.

Ok, can I ask another question? This is about pop door placement. Any reason I can't place my pop door under my roosts as long as there is a plywood "floor" between them? Roosts are gonna be set at 4 feet high. This looks crowded, but coop is 8ft wide.View attachment 2958968

The pop door can go anywhere that makes sense for your coop layout, though as noted, if it's open at night in the winter drafts *might* (or might not), be a problem (depending on exactly how the airflow moves.

First, make sure you are up to date on building codes, sometimes you can not rebuild on an old location ( grandfathered ) and have to move the new build away from the property lines. it was 15 feet from the property lines with new builds. at our other house in the city limits You dont want to build something and later have to tear it down. Wherever you put it, I would suggest somewhere that the coop is shaded in the summers and during the winter as the leaves fall off it will be in the sun for warmth. My coop is under some trees where it is mostly shade in the summers and sun during the winter months.
