Hi everyone! I have four silkies and I know they are hard to guess on gender. They are about 7 to 8 weeks which I know is still young, but I was hoping to at least get an idea. Each picture has the name on it for who is who! I realize some names may be changed lol.

Thank you in advance!

No one's screaming roo...yet...however I'm getting some roo vibes from Blossom.

It is waaaaay to early to sex a Silkie. They are notoriously difficult.

Females will have barely any comb or wattle development. Roos are pokey to develop comb and wattle, but will develop some.

Females tend to be squatty with a pom pom crest while males are taller and more lanky with a mowhawk.

But it will take time to see development. Sometimes you have to wait for a crow or egg with a Silkie.

Thank you!!

Can you get photos of Bo's comb?
As mentioned above, a bit too early for silkies, but none of them are showing any male traits except the last one (Pebbles), so I'd say Pebbles is possibly a cockerel.
