Can you give Duramycin 10 to baby chicks?

I think my Leghorn chicks have a respiratory infection. 2 of them are making a clicking sound when they breath and have ruffled up feathers. They also seem to be breating fast.

One of the three is still eating and drinking like normal, but the other 2 aren't. I've given them water with a dropper to make sure they keep drinking.
