I have a turkey that is too big to put in the fridge till Sunday so can I hang it outside im in montana so it will get to about eighty till Sunday and it will be hanging in the garage

80 degrees? No I would not hang him after processing that long unless you plan on salt curing him or getting very sick. Do you have a big cooler and ice? if so submerse him in salt or vinegar water and ice till ready to cook.

If you don't have a large cooler, use a garbage can and fill it with ice.

i agree.... i wouldn't hang a deer in those temps, and def. not poultry. find a cooler.

no meat should be left out in 80 degree temps. you're trying to slow the deterioration by cooling. by letting it sit in 80 degree temps, you are helping the deterioration. haven't you seen those deer along the roads with their feet in opposite directions, about to pop?

as another poster here said, i, in advance, graciously decline your dinner invitation
