He/She came from Welp with a Bantam order. Any ideas?

The coloring in the pic is pretty close to reality. The ring around his eye is a slate blue/grey.

Almost looks like a silver spangled hamburg chick, unless that is fluffy beard cheeks then I wouldn't know... You could look on www.feathersite.com and pull up different breeds that company carries and you can compair with the chick pics. It looks like it will be something spangled though.

I was going to say EE because the cheeks look pretty poofy and mine all had the eyeliner look too. However... mine were all more brown and green legs (from Welp too). I've heard that they could be any which color and don't have to have green legs. If you don't find out soon, post update pictures. I bet someone will nail it with a couple progress pictures. (Some dang smart people on here)
