Wow, those are gorgeous boys! I definitely think that the mother was a barred Cochin. Your boys will be really interesting when they're fully feathered. They're sporting the Cochin cooshy butt feathers, but also gorgeous sweeping feathers as well.

Red splashing on the wings is a very good indicator of a roo. Combined with his streamlined look and upright posture, plus the 'bright' barring - 100% roo.
