1. Silver Laced Wyandotte.
2. Black Copper Maran, I think.
3. Cream Legbar.
4. Black Copper Maran.
5. Buff Orpington.
6. I think could be a Silver Sussex, not 100% sure though.
7. Barred Rock.
8. White Leghorn.

1. Wyandotte
2. Black Copper Maran
3. Easter Egger (it looks like it’s a Legbar mix, but it definitely isn’t a pure Legbar)
4. Black Copper Maran
5. Buff Orpington
6. Hedemora (I’m pretty sure that’s what it is, but this one is tricky)
7. Barred Rock
8. White Leghorn

And welcome to BYC! You have beautiful birds!

Especially if you got them at a 'big box feed store', several of them look like high-production hybrid egg layers.

#2- Midnight Marans
#3- Color Pack Easter Egger
#6- Silver Sussex as said above!

The good news is you'll have lots of eggs in the not too distant future! Pretty birds.

I agree with you on #2 and #3, but Silver Sussex don’t have black legs. #6 has black legs. But I don’t think it is a Hedemora either, because Hedemora’s have feathered feet but #6 doesn’t. Maybe #6 is some kind of sex-link?

I was actually going to guess that #2 was a Midnight Majesty Maran. I’ve had them before, so I know what they are like. I did not say #2 was a Midnight Maran, because it is not unusual for a Black Copper Maran to not have the red on their neck hackles. But seeing that’s what you think it is, I think I have to agree that #2 is a Midnight Maran.
