can you mix eggs in an incubator ????

hi there, they say ignorance is bliss but I am not feeling especially blissfull right about now.....can I mix chick eggs and turkey eggs in the incubator????

I have without a problem. The only difference is that the turkeys take 28 days to hatch.

Yep, the temp and humidity are the same for both. the difference is 21 days for chickens and 28 days for turkeys. So the problem comes in when you need to stop turning the eggs 3 days before hatching and the others still need to be turned. The answer to this is to set the eggs so they are due to hatch at the same time or have a separate hatcher to move one batch to. Good luck
