can you sex chicks?

hi y'all I was wondering if you can sex young chickens and if so how young? I have six chicks and im not sure on some of the chicks. Please help!

Most folks can sex chicks with 50 % accuracy.. Even trained hatchery personnel average around 90 % accuracy with vent sexing.

Someone who is experienced can sex a chick by looking at its vent; but I prefer to wait until chicks are 4 to 8 weeks- it's much easier that way

The 50% thing is a joke... it's a crapshoot unless the chick is a sex link or auto sexing.
Vent sexing requires special training and attempting to vent sex without knowing what you're doing could result in harm to the little guy.
