Can you sex this Red Golden Pheasant?

Can anyone determine whether this is a male or female Red Golden Pheasant? Or is it too early to tell?

I added a picture of its feet so you could see the color of it.

look at the eyes if thier grey its a male, brown a female

When I look at its eyes at a certain angle in the light, they look very light, almost like an adult males eye color. But if it is not at that right angle, then the eye color looks in between dark brown and light brown.

Around the males eye it will be cream or blue,a female will be brown.They have to be about 1 month old before you can tell.
