Can You Stop Turning Duck Eggs Early

Recently I pulled a few eggs from my broody runner duck to put them in an incubator. We figured out the eggs were fertile a little late so they were already partially developed. They've been in the incubator for about three days now and look somewhere around day 10, however I'm not sure. In that regard, I'm wondering what I should do about turning, is it better to stop turning a bit before the 25 day mark or a bit after?
 
I would first candle the eggs to determine a rough baseline of how far along they are in the incubation process. Runners usually hatch on day 28, so you would stop turning three days before on day 25. Before that time, you should turn at least three times a day or an odd amount, so the egg yolk doesn't repeatedly lay in the same place every night.
