They're all pullets. Usually red sexlinks have some white feathering. With those dark tails your red ones look like production reds / hatchery rhode island reds and probably won't get any darker than they are. I have one too and there are pictures of it on my BYC page. It's the breeder RIRs that are the deep, dark red. All three of your hens are pretty - I think the lighter color of your RIRs goes well with your BO.
