Can you tell me how old my chicken is?

Someone gave me this hen a few days ago, but I'm not sure what her age is! She hasn't laid eggs yet, so I'm starting to think she might be old already and spent.

Also, I am concerned she may be sick. She hasn't moved in a while. Actually, I'm not so sure if she has moved at all...

She seems to have a rare case of metallicities, very common among garden shop birds.
