Can you tell me how old my chickens are??

I'm new to chickens. I actually got my first ones two weeks ago. Can anybody tell me an estimate on the age of these?

Once chickens reach maturity it is hard to tell age; if its even possible. A healthy older bird does not look different than a younger one.
