Can you tell me what breed my 5 wk old chicks are?

Well we got them at our local pet store....because everyone else was out of babies. Then wouldnt ya know it...2 days later found a local farmer with many! The girl at the pet shop said she was sure all the girls were gone but "peeps" had some maroon color coming in on her face and the breeder told her that it was a sign of a girl. Ok so I was hooked...they were little fluff balls but they have quadrupled in size in only 1 1/2 weeks....like they are on growth steriods or something! I am only feeding them medicated chick starter. This is my 1st run with chickens so I know what I read on here...which is addicting! Also questions...

The tail feathers....Rounded for girls, pointed for boys????

What is and where are the saddle feathers on the boys?

thanks...i have 4 more...3 week old babies here...different mixed breeds. Farmer said they are americauna mix (EE's) he said...1 Rir...and a mix that he's not sure of. Me, I dunno cause I'm only a 1 1/2 old when it comes to chickens! We live on the Eastern Shore of MD and chicken farms are just about everywhere! I am gonna post a pic of the other 4 and wait to see what BYC community says!

Here is a pic of my other 4. They are 3 wks and 2 days old today. This is what the farmer told me about their breeds....

Starting from the back and working forward

1. RIR
2. EEG
3. EEG
4. MUTT????? He had 2 all white chickens there and Barred Rocks along with others...

My next round will be ordered from a hatchery....that way I (HOPE) will know what I am getting....breed and gender!
The way my luck is running...these 4 are probably all boys too!
