Since they're from TSC, I suspect Sapphire Gems. Time will tell though, there are many blue breeds

Call your TSC and ask what breeds they are selling right now, and from which hatchery. you can then google the hatchery for more 'best guesses'.
And pictures in another week or two, of the whole bird standing.

Every chicken even as chicks have combs. They’re not developed but you should still be able to tell the type. Hopefully some more info on these little cuties can tell us what they are!
