Can you tell sex of Cuckoo Marans by 3 weeks of age?

I have two Cuckoo Marans that are 3 weeks old, I worry that I have two roos can you tell at that age?
They are hard to get a picture of they dont stand still long!

I have to agree, they look like two little roos.

We got 5 Cuckoo Marans this spring and they all turned out to be roosters.

We intend to try again next year to get at least one pullet, with 4 more Cuckoo Marans chicks...

(15 in 16 probability to get at least 1 pullet)
