Canadian Geese can be more hostile because they have not been domesticated for many years. Canadian Geese can become friendly, however, they still have a wild instinct. Canadian Geese can also fly which makes them harder to keep. They're illegal to raise unless legally you're able to with a permit or whatever else your area requires.
Domesticated Geese can be friendlier because some most been bred to be more social. Domestic Geese are usually a heavier breed and require more food and help with protection, as they can't fly to get away. Either way, Geese still need a lot of protection from predators. Domestic Geese are usually legal to own as long as your area allows you to own a certain amount.
Check with your area to make sure you can own Geese and what the requirements are to own Geese. Make sure you have the time, money, patience, land and and idea on what you want to do with them.
