Candled day 9

So last night I candled my blue orps and 5 are developing. There are 11 of the silkies developing good to.

I cracked open the eggs that were clear and of course no developing in those ones. The membrane seemed kinda tough.

What would cause that? Maybe its just the egg?

I swear, I really believe that some eggs just have a tougher membrane than others; the reason, I can't say. That could be why that even though our humidity is great the last three days, sometimes babies still can't make it out.

Well, I hope they will be ok. Only time will tell.
