Candled eggs for the first time. (Pics)

Here's pics from my first candling experience. Day 7 of incubation. Out of 29, I was able to see 6 swimming around. Had more with veins and spots, but didn't see them move. Hoping more than 6 will hatch though.

I jut put my eggs in the incubator today and can't wate to see what it looks like when I candle, this is my first time hatching.

What breed are you hatching out. . . 29 days? Is it a duck?

I don't think they're supposed to be swimming around at day 7, it's too soon. I candled tonight, on day 6 and I just started getting veins. :/ I could be wrong because I'm viewing on my phone, but I think pic #4 is a blood spot. Is that one of the ones that was swimming?

I'm on day seven and there is embryo movement. Some move faster than others, a few I could barely see them move.

Well that's pretty awesome! Maybe my fuzzy butts are just slow growers.

If I remember correctly, the only ones we took pictures of had embryo movement. 6/29 eggs. I hope there will be more next time. Hopefully they're just progressing slower. What's the average hatch rate percentage?
