I have EE's also, how long do they take before they start laying? My pullets are only 11 weeks. I have one RIR that started laying so I get one egg a day. We have 3 eggs from her. LOL
 
"They" say they should start around 18-19 weeks. But you never know for sure they lay when they are ready.
