candling a chicken egg at day 14

hi i have a chicken egg in my incubator and i candled it on the 14th day on the 31/1/12 and i cand see much but i cant see no vains should i take it out or leave it in (is it a bad egg)

like its really dark cant see movement is it a bad egg PLZ HELP
